Let’s Talk Bout It

There are plenty of mental health blogs to sift through to find information on. This is not one of those blogs. This blog differs by not sugar coating the realness that mental illness and personality disorders can disrupt lives. Let’s talk about it. I will let you in on my most raw moments. Breaking the Borderlines between what you see on the outside and what is my real-life experiences. The more transparent I become, I learned, the more people I help by simply letting them know I am with them. If I ever accomplished anything in this life, I know I made someone feel a little more hope than they did the day before.
